Musky Hunt 2017
The 19th Annual Musky Hunt opened Wednesday September 6th with ham stacker sandwiches at The Landing. Each entrant received a goody bag with a tournament hat, snacks, bottle opener, rod coozie, food and drink coupons, a tote bag and more.
Bad weather, good fishing? Fishing hours started at 6:00 AM on a rainy, windy and cold Thursday morning. However, a remarkable 10 qualifying fish over 34 inches were caught, witnessed and released in the first 6 hours of fishing.
It was top of the morning for Amanda Wilson of Hayward WI with a 50 1/2″ beast.
